GENERAL CONDITIONS Damtours Events BV

Dutch law applies to all negotiations, offers, quotations, agreements and other (legal) actions between Damtours Events BV and the customer, regardless of where the assignment is actually carried out. The Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
